How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat shipping rates for orders placed on our site. The shipping rates are calculated based on weight.

0 - 1.5 lbs $6.95
1.6 lbs - 5 lbs $10.95
5.1 lbs - 10 lbs $16.95
10.1 lbs - & up $24.95

 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2-7 business days of purchase date, Monday-Friday. Product is subject to manufacturer availability. During the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly.

Please be sure to include the correct shipping address. With Love will not be liable for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional fees required to ship to the correct address.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

We thank you for your interest but at this time we only ship throughout the contiguous United States and do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and value your happiness! Returns are available within 14 days from delivery of your item. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are returned in less than brand-new, retail condition. To request a return, please send us an email to contact@shopwithloveboutique.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
